Deliveries Outside The Contiguous USA

For shipments to HI, AK, and PR, please email us at info@outdoorteakandmore.com for estimates. As you probably already know shipping to these areas get very expensive. Please do not be shocked by the quotes, we will always give you the actual cost charged by UPS or FedEx. You may save money by having us ship it free to someone you know in the contiguous 48 and then having them ship it USPS from there.

Average Shipping Times

Most products ship direct from the manufacturer within 1-3 business days. The average time for arrival is 7 to 10 business days. Custom, large or freight orders may take longer. (Most items over 100lbs are shipped freight)

Freight Shipping

Products shipped by common carrier (ltl freight) include most of the pre-assembled furniture, teak sets and large quantity orders. All prices include curb-side delivery. This means the freight company driver will not bring items inside your home or assemble the products for you.

All orders that are cancelled or refused without notice after the product has been shipped will be subject to return freight charges.

P.O. Boxes, APO's Shipping. Boxes

We are sorry, but we cannot ship to these addresses at this time. If you place an order and list an APO address or PO Box in your "ship to" address, we will contact you for a different address. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will cancel your order.
